Twenty years ago Jim Aamodt was hosing down produce in a grocery store when the thought occurred to him there might be a better way. Taking the thought a step forward Jim invented and patented the produce misters you see in about every grocery store most everywhere today.

Years later while living on a ranch in Central Oregon with multiple wildfires in the area Jim’s nephew, Andrew Aamodt, thought it would be a good idea to mist the outside of the house for protection. Again, Jim has taken the thought a step forward and invented Firebreak Spray Systems.
